Orders
All orders are subject to the availability of reserves at the Lamba Bauxite Mine.
Quality

Specifications are based on the "Run of Mine" (ROM) method with 10096 recovery. Buyers are encouraged to inspect cargo at the loading point.

Payment
Standard payment terms are Irrevocable L/C or Advance T/T unless otherwise agreed in the Sales Contract.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by natural calamities, government mining bans, or port strikes.
Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the courts of Devbhumi Dwarka, Gujarat.
